Lion part 69811 is a replacement hood-mounted temperature gauge for compatible Lion Premium Grills. The gauge provides an at-a-glance reading of the cooking-chamber temperature from the grill lid and is intended to replace a damaged, unreadable, or inaccurate original gauge.
Temperature Monitoring
Lion uses a large hood thermometer on its premium gas grills to help monitor overall grill temperature during preheating, roasting, and indirect cooking. This is different from measuring food temperature directly with a probe thermometer.
