The Broilmaster BSAVR infrared sear burner is an 18,000 BTU replacement burner for compatible G-Series Broilmaster Stainless grills. It replaces one of the standard Bow Tie burners to create a dedicated high-heat zone for steakhouse-style searing while the remaining burners continue to handle conventional grilling.
