The Blaze LTE PRO 40-inch built-in natural gas griddle (BLZ-GRIDDLE40-NG) is Blaze's larger premium flat-top cooking platform, designed for outdoor kitchens that need more cooking area and independent heat control. Its reinforced 304 stainless steel cooking surface is divided into three cooking zones powered by three 15,000 BTU burners for 45,000 BTUs total.
