    Shipping & Delivery:* Lone Star Grills ships only to the lower 48 states.
    * Lone Star Grills logistic map ideal for “Free Shipping” include all mid to lower usa to the west coast.
    Some further states past the midwest to east coast are subject to incure extra shipping cost. TOPC will contact buyer of any additional charges that may occure.
    TOPC will always be fair to our potential customers to give the best buying experiance and dependability.
    * Shipment to the East coast may incure extra shipping fees dues to logistics distance and cost. TOPC will always be fair informing any additional costs.
    * Please always do a detailed review of your order to be accurate. If buyer has ANY possible questions please do not hesitate to contact us to verify accuracy.
    All sales orders are considered “final” once payment clears and items have been processed and in transit to buyers location.  All orders at this time will then be subject to returns and refund policy.
    * Lone Star Grills uses logistic companies UPS & Fedex on smaller boxed items and freight for for larger items such as Refrigerators, Grills and some large combination accessory doors.
    Once shipment is in “Transit” TOPC is unable to change or redirect the logistics. Buyer will be responsible for contacting ups or fedex if items need be held or subject to local pick-up.

    * Some orders may take 48-72 hours to ship out due to payment clearing. We will always communicate with our buyers so that they are completely updated on the projected
    times of arrival and tracking and business and will do our best to make it a hassle free quick shipment…
    * Some Items may be subject to several weeks to ship out due to having the product produced at the factory or re-stocking items.
